I've finally found a course on using Google AdWords that was straightforward, with two very good teachers covering both the "left brain" statistics gathering intelligence as well as the "right brain" human-touch parts of doing research and development for all of one's marketing channels (rather than thinking this is only "all about getting traffic to your site") --Terry Britton
